Hazing
Video
from 1/02/06
The National Park Service has spent seven
of the past eight days hazing Yellowstone National Park
buffalo near the park's northern border to appease the
special interests of Montana's livestock industry and
the Church Universal and Triumphant. In 1999 US taxpayers
doled out 13 million dollars to the Church in a deal that
was supposed to result in greater tolerance for buffalo.
But the Church still refuses to allow buffalo anywhere
near it's land. On the west side of the Yellowstone River
buffalo are harassed with your tax dollars and on the
east side they are shot by hunters. Where is the tolerance
for buffalo in Montana?

Video
from BFC
of the first buffalo killed during
Montana's Bison Hunt- 11/15/05
17 year-old George Clement guns down a buffalo just outside
Yellowstone NP.
"It was as clean a kill as I've seen in my life and
I've hunted for 42 years." the boy's father said.
It took four bullets and 30 minutes to kill the buffalo.
The Clements assaulted the buffalo's herdmates with rocks
as they tried to check on their fallen brother.
