Plaintiffs Buffalo Field Campaign, Western Watersheds Project, and Friends of Animals, are challenging U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service’s January 12, 2016 decision to not undertake a status review of the potential listing of Yellowstone Bison as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act. District Judge Christopher R. Cooper will hear oral argument from the parties on Thursday, January 18, 2018 in Washington D.C.
Unfortunately, the District Court does not web cast proceedings before the court. Members of the public are welcome to observe the hearing.
